Does Q8 support 5GHz Wi-Fi?

Yes. The listed Wi-Fi bands are 2.4GHz and 5GHz. A compatible router and available network are required.

Can I use any USB-C charger?

USB-C describes the power connector. It does not establish USB Power Delivery support or the required voltage and current. Use a power supply that matches the device’s requirements.

What is the difference between Q8 and X96Q?

Q8 lists an Allwinner H618 processor, dual-band Wi-Fi and USB-C power. X96Q lists an Allwinner H313 processor, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and two memory options. Both list Bluetooth support.

Can I install my own Android apps?

Compatible Android apps may be installed from APK files when the supplied firmware permits installation. Check the app’s operating-system, hardware and installation requirements. Compatibility with a particular app is not confirmed by the Android label alone.

What does video support up to 4K mean?
